Diana is a sales consultant for Ka Milo at Mauna Lani, Brookfield Homes Hawaii, on the Big Island of Hawaii and a sales associate at Island Paradise Properties.  A life-long entrepreneur, Diana brings 20 years of experience in areas such as business development, real estate investment, property management, remodeling and decorating, and marketing to the real estate industry.

Diana strives to give her clients the information they need to purchase their own piece of paradise. She shares with her clients a passion for the process of negotiation for the best outcomes and unwavering commitment to the client.

Diana is on the Board of Directors for North Hawaii Hospice, volunteers at the Isaacs Art Center in Kamuela, and helps to organize community fund raising events.  Diana also enjoys hiking the trails and shores of the Big Island, cycling, paddle-boarding, kayaking, golf and photography.  Originally from Arizona and California, Diana has lived on the Big Island since 2003.

Carrie is a sales consultant for KaMilo at Mauna Lani Resort and a sales associate at Island Paradise Properties LLC.  She has always had an interest in Hawaii's real estate market shared with her by her father who developed both residential and commercial projects in the Hawaiian Islands.  Carrie brings a positive attitude and passion to achieve excellence to her work every day. 

Born and raised on Oahu, Carrie received her BA in International Studies from the University of Oregon and pursued career opportunities on the West Coast Mainland for many years.  Today, she is delighted to be back home in the beautiful Hawaiian Islands!

Carrie spends her free time with friends, family, and her four-legged friend Ginger.  She can often be found enjoying Hawaii’s magnificent beaches and all the outdoor activities Oahu has to offer!
